【已解决】Android12以上PendingIntent需要强制增加FLAG

Android13适配时报下面错误：

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: android: Targeting S+ (version 31 and above) requires that one of FLAG_IMMUTABLE or FLAG_MUTABLE be specified when creating a PendingIntent.
